Function AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM ATR 01 or 02
Suitable for:
All kinds of ovens with baking plates, such as for flat wafer, hollow wafer, casted and rolled sugar icecones,
as well for all manufacturer (Grossmann, Haas, Hebenstreit, Steinhoff, Walter, etc.)
The problem:
Unequal temperature on particular baking plates of a baking plate chain.
The reason
Interruption of production, caused by, for instance, change of depositor, tea or lunchtime break, wrapping situation or else.
The solution:
automatic temperature control system A T R 0 1 or 0 2
Function: The average temperature of all baking plates of one round of the baking plate chain will be made up and taken as reference value for the
temperature controller in order to avoid that plates with temperature variations lead to a swinging system in which the value of the temperature
difference is increasing.
Consisting of :
1 pcs. Electronical temperature controller, PI, MANUAL/AUT operatoin unit for the butterfly valve ( at ATR 01 ) or frequency converter (at ATR 02)
1 pcs. Microprocessor unit for average value and baking chain running control
1 pcs. Infra red temperature detector including holding device.
1 pcs. Proximity
1 pcs. Modification set for butterfly valve (at ATR 01) or frequency converter (at ATR 02).
At machines, being operated without any temperature control up to now, the existing gas/air armatures have to be checked and if necessary replaced.
